Job Summary

We are looking for a UX Designer to help improve websites by uncovering user needs, behaviors, and pain points through in-depth research. You will work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure user-centered design decisions that enhance engagement, usability, and conversion rates. Your insights will directly shape website experiences, optimizing them for both business goals and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analytics reviews.
  • Analyze website performance data, heatmaps, and user session recordings to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and behavioral models to guide design decisions.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests and usability studies to validate design improvements.
  • Work closely with clients, developers, and marketing teams to align website strategies with user needs.
  • Ensure websites follow usability, accessibility, and UX best practices for optimal user experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging research methodologies, and UX innovations to enhance research effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, focusing on website usability and user experience.
  • Strong knowledge of research methodologies, including user testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and analytics interpretation.
  • Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or UserTesting.com.
  • Ability to synthesize research findings into clear reports and actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working on client-facing projects.
  • Understanding of information architecture, user flows, and website accessibility standards.
