Job Summary
We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and statistical techniques and a passion for interpreting data to drive marketing strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, customer behavior, and market trends to support our marketing initiatives and optimize our strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing data from various sources (e.g., email campaigns, social media, website analytics, google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc) to assess campaign performance and ROI
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into marketing metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs
- Use statistical methods to analyze trends and forecast future marketing performance
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely
- Support A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize marketing campaigns
Required Skills:
- Ability to understand data and write complex SQL queries
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc
