Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Web Analyst to join our team. You will analyze website performance and user behavior to drive optimization strategies. Your role will be key in improving conversion rates, enhancing the user experience, and delivering data-driven insights for website optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to evaluate content, design, and user flows
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, bounce rates, time on site, and goal completions
  • Segment and analyze user data to understand customer journeys and behavior patterns
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to implement data-driven improvements for websites and digital experiences
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics and conversion rate optimization
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to increase website engagement, lead generation, and sales

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics or digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Expertise in web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, and Tag Manager
  • Strong data visualization skills with tools such as Looker Studio, Domo, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Proficiency in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests using tools like VWO, Optimizely, and Unbounce
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and web development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights
